Be My Sweet-tart Mocktail is an easy drink to whip up for yourself, or your sweetie. Whether it’s a mocktail or cocktail, you decide.

While this Mocktail/Cocktail is fun for any time of year, there IS a certain holiday coming up that I hope you’ll celebrate… What can I say? I’m an incurable romantic! 🥰
Side note: Contrary to common belief, you don’t need a sweetheart to live romantically! You can make this drink and pour it in a pretty coupe glass for yourself, buy flowers for yourself, and light candles just because it’s nice. Mocktail or Cocktail?
For the elimination phase of the AIP diet, you’ll need to avoid alcohol. Just make this drink as written. If you can tolerate a little bit of alcohol, Hubs suggests adding a little bit (1 tablespoon?) of Dolin Vermouth Blanc. Adds a touch of sweetness, and a touch of alcohol.
Garnish with fresh cherries if you can find them, or some frozen berries for a frosty look.
