Basil Aioli (AIP/Paleo) is magical! It is delicious on grilled peaches, or slathered on a burger. All the creaminess without dairy!

The eagle-eyed among you may think that this recipe looks familiar. You would be right! This is the magical stuff that goes with my recipe for Grilled Peaches with Basil Aioli. The sauce became so popular that I decided it should have its own blog, its own pin, and its own recipe card. Now you can find it more easily. (BTW, if you haven’t tried that grilled peaches recipe yet, put it on your list. It’s perfect for summer!)
I know, I know. It’s so thick and creamy, there MUST be some dairy in here, right? Nay, dear reader. The creaminess here comes from avocado. The flavors of fresh basil and garlic keep it from tasting like some sort of Mediterranean guacamole, but if that’s how you’d like to think of it, that’s fine by me.

Equipment
There is one piece of equipment that would be very helpful to you in making this recipe. Please forgive me if I sound like a broken record, but honestly, having a mini food processor is a lifesaver. I use it for all manner of sauces (like Blueberry BBQ Sauce) and dressings (like Dairy Free Caesar Dressing and dairy free Ranch Dressing/Dip). Besides being really helpful in the kitchen, they are cute. Mine is yellow. โ๏ธ
I hope you are having a wonderful summer, and are enjoying every last bite of seasonal yumminess. Thanks for visiting my kitchen. As always, I’m wishing you great love and deep healing.
